USB4000 and USB2000 Direct-attach Accessories

USB-ISS-VIS

The USB-ISS-VIS is a snap-on cuvette holder and visible light source combination created specifically for the USB Series Spectrometers. The USB-ISS-VIS holds 1-cm square cuvettes and has a range of 390-900 nm. The system's light source is a combination of long-life bulbs: a Tungsten bulb and multiple violet light emitting diodes. When attached to the spectrometer, the light source draws power from a PC's USB port to which the spectrometer is connected.

USB-ISS-UV/VIS

The USB-ISS-UV/VIS Integrated Sampling System is a direct-attach sample holder and deuterium tungsten light source (200-1100 nm) combination for measuring relative absorbance in 1-cm square cuvettes. With the USB-ISS-UV/VIS, you can control both the intensity of the tungsten bulb and the electronic shutter via software. The USB-ISS-UV/VIS requires a separate 5V power supply and a 74-DA Direct-attach Collimating Lens (both included).

USB-ISS-T

The USB-ISS-T Integrated Sampling System is a direct-attach sample holder and violet LED-boosted tungsten light source (300-900 nm) combination for measuring relative absorbance in 12-mm OD test tubes. The sampling optics combine a diffuse source with a collimated input to the spectrometer to eliminate optical artifacts in the test tubes.

USB-FHS

The USB-FHS is a snap-on filter holder and visible light source combination. Optimized for 390-900 nm measurements, the USB-FHS can be used for fast, convenient absorbance and transmission measurements of square and round filters up to 2". A 5 mm diameter f/2 collimating lens maximizes light throughput and makes it possible to measure both glass and interference filters. The USB-FHS light source is a combination of long-life bulbs: a Tungsten bulb and multiple violet light emitting diodes. When attached to the spectrometer, the light source draws power from a PC's USB port to which the spectrometer is connected.

USB-LS-450 Pulsed Blue LED Module

The USB-LS-450 is an integrated LED module designed for fluorescence measurements in the lab or field, or as part of a Oxygen Sensor System. In addition, the USB-LS-450 has a port for attaching the USB-LS-450-TP, which is a 100 ohm RTD temperature sensor. USB-BP Portable Lithium Ion Battery Pack

The USB-BP Battery Pack provides eight hours of continuous power to a USB4000 or USB2000 and to any direct-attach accessory except for the USB-ISS-UV. The USB-BP measures 108 x 86 mm and delivers two amp-hours at 5 volts by utilizing two lithium ion cells. The battery charges in three hours with the included charger.
